This module covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required in using the basic English Language including the language of the customer services which covers vocabularies, terminologies, phrases and basic expressions. Likewise, four competencies of communication – writing, reading, speaking and listening will either be simultaneously or alternately employ during the entire course of training.
This module covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required in communicating proficiently in the workplace using interpersonal skills, differentiating and interpreting non-verbal languages, conversing and applying all learned skills.
