This course (Old LSI-English Curriculum) is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude to perform customer service and marketing in accordance with the industry requirement and standards. The customer service workers cover the job of: Customer Service Representatives, Tele-Marketers, Office Front Desk Representatives, Call Center Agents, and Marketing Agents.

This program also aims to train interested individuals on English proficiency so that they can communicate using the Basic English language and workplace conversational language.

Basic English Language

This module covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required in using the basic English Language including the language of the customer services which covers vocabularies, terminologies, phrases and basic expressions. Likewise, four competencies of communication – writing, reading, speaking and listening will either be simultaneously or alternately employ during the entire course of training.
